• Accuracy: We strive for 100% accuracy in our product descriptions (Construction, Food, Machinery, etc.). However, we reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or specifications before an order is finalized.

3. International Shipping and Delivery (Incoterms)

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all international shipments follow Incoterms 2020 standards (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW).

• Deposits: For industrial machinery or custom manufacturing, a non-refundable deposit is typically required before production begins.
• Late Payments: AJ-Trading reserves the right to suspend shipments or charge interest on accounts that are past due.

5. Use of Website Content

All content on ajtradingaps.com, including the “Your Global Gateway” branding, product imagery, and technical data, is the intellectual property of AJ-Trading Company.

6. Limitation of Liability

8. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

• Initial Resolution: Parties agree to attempt an amicable negotiation.
• Jurisdiction: If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled in the courts of the country where the specific AJ-Trading subsidiary involved in the transaction is registered, or as specified in the final Sales Contract.

AJ-Trading Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
