Rapeseed oil has a specific pleasant taste and aroma, and in its taste, this product is not inferior even to olive oil.
The seed oil of the usual varieties of the plant continues to be used in industrial chemical, leather, metallurgical, soap-making, dyeing, textile, and other industries.
